If ice cream will come out crumbly (it not suppose to), just add a splash of cream and RE-SPIN. It’s important that your pint has a level surface, otherwise it can damage the blade. With the back of a heavy kitchen utensil, such as a ladle or potato masher, firmly press the fruit. Your freezer should be between 9 and -7 degrees Fahrenheit. Once dissolved, I added two cups of heavy cream and two teaspoons of vanilla paste. After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and take off the lid. Steep the tea in the hot water for 5 minutes, then strain into a blender. Put into Ninja Creami and process on the Ice Cream setting. Taste the mixture. Be sure to taste your ice cream base before churning to ensure the sugar has fully dissolved. Plug in the Ninja CREAMi, and install the bowl on the base.
